Stat Weight Forge is a lightweight stat-weight and item-comparison addon. Set your own secondary-stat priorities per character and per specialization, then see instantly — right in the tooltip and on your bag icons — whether an item is an upgrade or a downgrade against what you already have equipped.
Features
- Custom profiles with your own Haste, Critical Strike, Mastery and Versatility weights
- Separate profiles per character and per specialization — switching spec loads the right profile automatically
- Bundled "Raid Mythic" and "Mythic+" target profiles for every retail specialization, ready to use out of the box
- Tooltip upgrade/downgrade percentage compared against your currently equipped item, plus a full stat-by-stat breakdown
- A line for every other saved profile shown below the main tooltip line, so you can see at a glance whether an item is good for Raid, Mythic+, or any custom profile you've made — not just the one currently active
- Upgrade arrows overlaid directly on bag icons
- Rings, trinkets and dual-wield weapons are compared against the weaker of your two equipped items in that slot
- Stat priority order displayed live as you edit weights
- Draggable minimap button with saved position
- Interface available in English and Italian, auto-detected from your client language or switchable manually from the addon window
How it works
- Open the interface with
/swfor the minimap button - Select the bundled "Raid Mythic" or "Mythic+" profile, or create your own with
+ New - Hover any item, open your bags, or roll on loot to see the comparison
The score is a direct, unweighted read of your live secondary stat totals versus your target mix — not a full simulation. Primary stats, armor, item level, sockets and trinket procs are not evaluated, so treat it as a quick decision aid alongside (not a replacement for) a proper sim.
