Description
Stop guessing what to keep. Stash or Trash tells you, right on the tooltip.
Hover over any item and see which of your professions use it, whether that's now or 50 skill points from now. If nothing you have needs it, you'll know it's safe to sell.

Features
- Your professions: for each profession that uses the item, how many of those recipes you already know, can learn at your current skill, and can learn later.
- Recipe list: hold Shift to see every recipe that uses the item, colored by difficulty, with the quantity needed and the required skill. You can also set it to always show or never show.
- Alts: see which of your other characters on the same realm and faction can use it.
- Not used: when none of your professions need an item, it says so and names the professions that do. Handy for the auction house.
- Planned professions: thinking of picking up Tailoring? Tick it in the options and its materials count as yours.
- Ignore gray recipes: optionally stop flagging materials you only need for recipes you've out-leveled.
- Hardcore aware: dead Hardcore characters stop counting as alts. Self-Found characters only consider their own professions, since they can't trade or mail.
Covers every profession: Alchemy, Blacksmithing, Enchanting, Engineering, Leatherworking, Tailoring, Mining (smelting), Cooking, First Aid and rogue Poisons. On Forever it also covers Herbalism, Skinning and Fishing crafts.
Supports: WoW Forever (beta), plus Classic Era, Hardcore and Self-Found.
Lightweight: recipe data comes straight from each game version's own data files. The addon uses about 1 MB of memory and adds microseconds to a tooltip.
Getting started: open each profession window once per character so Stash or Trash learns your skill and known recipes. Log in once on each alt to include them.
Commands: /sot opens the options. /sot status shows what was detected. /sot item <link> shows what the tooltip would say for an item.
