Enables players to run lua scripts at startup (initial login and reload). These are stored in macros named Startup1 - 10.
At login or reload (PLAYER_ENTERING_WORLD with arguments InitialLogin or ReloadingUi set to true) the addon will run the lua code in any macros named Startup1, Startup2 ... Startup10.
Important: These macros need to contain lua scripts, not standard WoW macros.
