    Updates for 10.2.0

    - Overhaul item move logic for efficiency and to fix looping bug
    - Prompt on first time opening a guild bank before doing guild bank stacking
    - Add code to capture and display debugging messages
    - Fix max bag size for filtering
    - Fix keybinding header
    - Track latest version globally, not per character
    - Add some internal tunables
    - Miscellaneous bug fixes and code cleanup
