RGate — Soft-Reserve Gating for Classic Era
 
SRGate is a loot-fairness helper for guilds running restricted soft-reserves. If your guild reserves top-tier items through Gargul + softres.it, SRGate adds the rule layer neither provides: it decides when a player has geared up enough to be allowed to reserve the restricted "big-ticket" drops.
How it works
 
For each spec and gear slot, SRGate knows the acceptable items and their tier (Best / Great / Good / Optional). It compares what you have equipped against what a given raid can drop:
* A real upgrade you don't own yet blocks a restricted reserve for that raid.
* A sidegrade of equal tier is shown as optional and does not block.
* Gear worse than what you already own is ignored.
 The gate is graduated, not all-or-nothing. With the default of 3 soft-reserves per raid, every outstanding upgrade costs you one restricted slot — so one upgrade left still lets you reserve two restricted items, and zero upgrades unlocks everything.
 
Features
* Overview mode — see every raid's restricted-unlock status for your current spec at a glance.
* Planner mode — pick a raid to see its restricted items (owned / eligible / locked) and, when locked, exactly which non-restricted upgrades to reserve first, grouped by slot.
* Matches items by ID (localization-safe), handles two-handers and wands correctly, and treats ring/trinket slots as paired.
* Curated BiS data for all standard DPS/tank/healer specs, editable by your officers in the future.

* /srg — open the window
* /srg check — print your current status to chat
