- Lust alert: fixed false alert firing on zone transitions (entering/leaving dungeons, hearthing, portals)
  - Root cause: SyncKelAlertState ran before WoW finished restoring auras on zone-in, seeding lustWasActive as false; subsequent UNIT_AURA events then detected Sated and fired the alert
  - Fix: lust alert is now gated on suppressBuffSounds, which is already set for 3 seconds after every zone transition — preventing false triggers during aura re-application
