QoL fixes to automate the known bugs with pass on loot and HP frame desync when logging in and out while in a raid instance.

Description
Lightweight addon that does two things when enabled.
Pass on loot bug fix. When zoning into a raid instance, or logging out / in while in a raid instance, pass on loot will get turned off and then back on again to overcome the known bug.
HP frame bug when logging out and back in while in a raid instance will get automated by unequipping and then re-equipping a slot of your choosing.
