SquawkDKP is the in-game half of the SQUAWK+ DKP system. One person in the raid — the loot organizer — runs it. Everyone else can bid without installing anything.
Bidding without the addon
- Type
!dkpin raid chat, or whisper it to the organizer, to get your balance back. - When an item is up, type a number to bid.
- Your bids across everything open can never exceed your balance, so whatever you win, you can afford.
Bidding with it
When the organizer puts a whole batch of items up at once, anyone running the addon gets a live table instead of a wall of chat: every lot with its icon, the minimum, the standing bid, who holds it, and its own draining clock. Bid in place. Green means you hold that row, red means you've been outbid, yellow means you won it.
Each row has its own timer, and a valid bid resets that row's clock — so a row closes only when nobody has anything more to say about it, and a fight over one piece never holds up the rest.
For the organizer
- Import your roster and balances by pasting one string from the website.
- Alt-click any item — loot window, bags, or a chat link — to put it up for bid. No typing. Alt-Shift-click awards it directly; Ctrl-Shift-click marks it for disenchant.
lootallputs every still-tradeable item in your bags up at once, across every boss so far, using the trade timer to know what can still be handed out.- Multi-item auctions — up to 20 lots at once, each with its own clock, with a live panel showing the top bid on each and buttons to loot and to close. Stacks split into separate lots.
- Handing loot over — click a name under Awarded items or Deliveries and the addon opens the trade and puts the item in it, split to the amount actually owed. It checks what went into the window rather than trusting itself, and ticks deliveries off on the evidence of the trade.
- Bid rules you'd expect: minimum bid, minimum increment, and anti-snipe (a bid in the final seconds extends the timer, so nothing is won at the buzzer). Ties go to whoever bid first.
- Export the result as one string and paste it back into the website. After that, nothing that moves DKP is available until the next snapshot is imported — so a closed raid stays closed.
Points belong to people, not characters
Every character you've registered draws on one shared pool, so switching mains or bringing an alt never costs you anything.
Notes
- Balances shown in raid come from the snapshot you imported. The website is updated when the raid ends, not during it —
!dkpin raid is the live number. /sdkp simruns a fake auction on your own, so you can learn the console without a raid waiting.- Requires the SQUAWK+ website to issue snapshots. It is not a general-purpose standalone DKP addon.

Written from scratch for SQUAWK+. Where its behaviour resembles other loot addons, that behaviour was reimplemented from watching how they work — no source was copied from any of them.
