Bug fixes
• Fixed ADDON_ACTION_BLOCKED error when Spy2 tried to call protected Spy2Frame:Show() during combat
• Nearby list show/hide and secure row updates are now combat-safe (deferred until you leave combat)
Features
• Added title-bar Volume (V) button
• Left-click: cycle alert volume 0% → 25% → 50% → 75% → 100%
• Right-click: open Sound options (full slider)
• Volume state shown on the button and in the window title when quiet/muted
Notes
• Full options volume slider is still under Options → Sound
• Slash still works: /spy2 volume 0-100
