- Modified the warning message if the wrong version of Spy is installed.
- Improved level identification based on WoW TBC API v2.5.1.

Note: Other versions of Spy that were fixed from Spy Classic may appear to work but the API code between Classic and TBC is different so performance of those versions will be limited.
This is the correct version of Spy for TBC.
