• Keep the developer notes out of the published addon
  CLAUDE.md is a working file for the repo, not something users downloading
  the addon should receive. It was being packaged into the zip because only
  .github and .gitignore were excluded.
  Also corrects the release steps in that file: there is no CHANGELOG.md in
  this repo, and the tag-push trigger does fire after all, so firing the
  manual workflow as well uploads the same version twice.
