- Release v1.5.1: nameplate outline hugs the health bar
AnchorFor now finds the active nameplate's health bar (default Blizzard,
Plater, ThreatPlates, TidyPlates) so the outline, text and arrows track
the bar instead of the whole plate frame -- fixes the large square on
default Blizzard nameplates and adds Plater/TidyPlates support. The
overlay also sits a frame level above the bar so it renders on top.
