• Keep the developer notes out of the published addon
  CLAUDE.md is a working file for the repo, not something users downloading
  the addon should receive. It was being packaged into the zip because only
  .github and .gitignore were excluded.
  Also corrects the release steps in that file: there is no CHANGELOG.md in
  this repo, so the packager builds release notes from commit messages.
