Spy (Forever)

- Fixed: clicking a row did not target the player (Forever names have a surname, which Spy read as a realm).
- "Disable Spy when not flagged for PvP" is now off by default, so Spy runs on most of the map.
- The window is shown or hidden when combat ends if combat prevented it.
- Chat message when Spy switches itself off or back on in a zone, with the reason.
- Shift/Ctrl + click on a row now acts once per click.
- Fixed errors in the statistics window tab and the options tooltips.
- /spy debug shows more (row clicks, targeting, window shows/hides).
