Bug fixes

• Recap tab tooltip: hovering an item now shows its full tooltip (item level, stats, everything), with everyone's rolls listed under it. Wishlist rows show the full tooltip too.
• Resizing the window: the rows follow the new size while you drag, in both directions, and a drag can no longer get stuck. Dragging only the width keeps the window growing and shrinking with the number of items; drag the bottom edge to pick a fixed height. /spoots reset goes back to the default size.
• Clicking the resize grip no longer makes the window jump bigger. A click without dragging changes nothing.
• Small window and the other tabs: the Summary, Recap, Luck and Wishlist tabs never get smaller than 300 × 200, so their buttons and tabs no longer overlap. The Rolls tab still goes as small as you like.
• Tabs: the selected tab's glow is softer, and the tab names sit a little lower instead of touching the top edge.
• Wishlist: where an item comes from. The Wishlist tab shows the boss (or "Trash") and the dungeon under each item's name, including items you star in a recap after they dropped.
