• Greetings are remembered at every NPC, not only the ones with quests. The default was Once per Quest NPC, which silenced a repeat where the NPC had a quest to offer or hand in and nowhere else — so the innkeepers, vendors and flight masters a player greets a hundred times said the same line every time. The default is Once per NPC now. The old setting is still in the options, and a profile that chose one keeps it.
