  _detailsCombat now probes multiple Details segments (GetCurrentCombat,
  GetCombat(0/1/2/-1), GetCombat('overall')) and keeps the first one
  that actually contains actors. Avoids the post-reload case where the
  current combat is empty but other segments hold the real data.
  Name matching for Details / Recount / Skada compares both the full
  'Name-Realm' form and the short-name-only form on both sides, so
  cross-realm raid members read correctly even when the meter stored
  them under just their short name.
  New /splitw dps debug command dumps source state + actor list + per-
  roster-member DPS/HPS for diagnosis.
