    Add SpellDatabase and Shadow Priest spec definition

    - Introduced SpellDatabase.lua to catalog spells with metadata and spellbook resolution.
    - Implemented functions for spell knowledge checking, rank retrieval, and player spellbook scanning.
    - Added detailed spell definitions for Shadow Priest abilities including Vampiric Touch, Shadow Word: Pain, and others.
    - Created specs/Shadow_Priest.lua to define the Shadow Priest specialization, including rotation logic, UI options, and channel spell configurations.
