- Hopefully restricted the addon to PvP situations.

- Added bars.

- Nothing showing unless you are in a party. Fixed in next version.
- There might still be some issues in PvE environments.
- Counterspell is the only spell I have tested, but the others should work.
- Bar colors might not be doing what I was aiming for: one color per spell-school.
- Nothing about the bars, except position, is customizable.
