SpellBook Abridged for WoW Classic

This is the same as Version 2.6.4.  The only difference is the lines of code that disable the spellbook during combat are removed.  As such, the spellbook can be opened during combat.  I had the spellbook disabled because some of the functions don't work while in combat, due to combat restrictions on certain functions.  The main problem, you can't change the pages or tabs while in combat.

If you have any problems, please use the Version 2.6.4 Release and try to recreate the problem there.  Problems in combat are problems in combat. 

This release is only intended to show why I have the spellbook closed during combat.  This is not something that can be easily fixed.  Blizzard implemented restrictions in the UI code to prevent using addons to create bots.
