- Implement Libra.
- Scopes are now referred to as binding sets.
- Add various hints all over the UI.
- Add objects to lowest priority active set instead of global set when dropped on empty space.
- Don't accept dropped objects when no sets are active.
- Reverse the order of sets in the Bindings and Binding set (formerly Scoping) UIs to indicate that topmost = top priority.
- Add LibDataBroker launcher.
- Register mouse clicks on press instead of release.
- Remove old database upgrade code.
- Add some static icons for click bindings and default bindings.
- Fix various issues with the formerly-Scoping UI.
