Redone the whole PVP announcement system.

You can now select the scope of pvp announcements from only yourself and your target, to all allies and enemies nearby.

It can now also announce if someone uses Free Action Potion or Limited Invulnerability Potion as well as the shadow/fire/frost reflector trinkets.

 

Several fixes and optimizations are done as well.
