Added conditions:

  • glow spell when* target doesn't have *buff or debuff name*
  • glow spell when* target doesn't have MY *buff or debuff name*
    add-on less update frequency to make it a bit more light-weight
    abilities will start glowing a little before the CD is off, to compensate the fade-in duration and latency (be faster to catch your eye)
