Spell Reflect Borders - Platynator addition

• Borders now highlight only when Spell Reflection is ready and the enemy cast is aimed at you, regardless of your selected target.
• Added a colour picker with an option to restore the default blue.
• Added an enable/disable toggle that takes effect without reloading.
• Added a separate preview bar to check your chosen colour without an enemy cast.
• Settings are saved between sessions and shared across your Warriors.
• Added /srb for settings and /srb preview to toggle the preview.
• The addon is now inactive on non-Warrior characters.
• Disabling the addon restores your Platynator border colours and stops the update timer.

Platynator is required. Highlighting indicates readiness and cast targeting - it does not determine whether a spell is reflectable.
