Changes since v0.11.51:
- Improved combat performance by processing spellcast events only for the player.
- Added throttling for cooldown, charge, action-bar, and reminder updates.
- Reduced repeated event processing that could cause combat lag or execution-time-limit warnings.
- Restored cleanse detection after diagnostic testing.
- Prevented duplicate group cleanse scanning when SlickUI is installed; SlickUI will provide the cleanse alerts instead.
- Preserved existing cleanse notification and sound settings during the update.
