Updated for the Classic TBC build

I've had to make a few last minute changes as GetExpansionLevel() isn't returning what I expected in the Prepatch/PTR

This build currently won't work correctly on the Classic TBC Beta, I need to come up with a new way to differentiate between Prepatch and TBC. If you would like to try it in the Beta, just replace all instances of GetAccountExpansionLevel() with GetExpansionLevel().
