Spec Rank

Spec Rank adds one line to the RaiderIO addon's profile tooltip: your world rank on Raider.IO's Mythic+ leaderboard for the spec you are playing right now.

Raider.IO's website shows where you stand among every Frost Mage or every Restoration Druid in the world, but the RaiderIO addon does not show it in game. Spec Rank does, so you can see your standing without leaving the game.

Requires the RaiderIO addon. Unofficial, and not made by or affiliated with Raider.IO.

Features

• Your world Spec Rank, in game. Open the Group Finder and look at your own RaiderIO profile tooltip docked beside it. Directly under your Mythic+ score is a new line with your spec's iconand name, for example Frost Rank #312.
• Exact ranks for the top 500. If your score puts you in the top 500 of your spec worldwide, the rank is exact and shown in your class colour.
• Estimated ranks for everyone else. Below the top 500 the rank is an estimate, shown in grey with a tilde, for example ~#18,400. It covers the whole leaderboard down to its last place.
• Follows your spec. Switch spec and the line changes to the new spec's name, icon and rank straight away. - All 40 specs, including Devourer Demon Hunter and Augmentation Evoker.
• Fresh data every day. The leaderboard figures ship inside the addon and a new version is released daily. Update the addon to get the latest ranks.
• Tells you when its data is stale. If your copy is more than 3 days old the rank turns grey to show it is an estimate. Past 7 days, or after a new season starts, the line reads Out of date rather than showing a wrong number.
• Nothing to set up. No options, no slash commands, no chat messages, no saved settings. Install it and the line is there.

How it affects your game

You push a key, your score goes up, and the next time you open the Group Finder you can see how many places you climbed among players of your spec. It gives a concrete goal to chase (top 1,000, top 500, top 100) and a quick answer to "how good is my score for my spec?", which the overall score alone does not tell you.

Good to know

• The line only appears on your own profile tooltip, not on other players' tooltips.
• The rank is worked out from your character's overall Mythic+ score. If you earned your score across more than one spec, the rank shown will be a little better than the one on Raider.IO's website.
• The rank is your world rank. Region and realm ranks are not shown.
• If you have no Mythic+ score this season, the line is hidden.
• Ranks are as of the last daily update, so they can lag Raider.IO's website by up to a day.
