Adds The Coiled Isle (patch 12.1.0), which was missing entirely.

New

• Topaz Skyfang and Ruby Writhe - both drop from the isle's rare creatures. All 13 rares are tracked: the 12 from the "Coiled to Strike" achievement plus Venom Lancer Ori'kassi.
• Vibrant Venomfang - from the Wriggling Venom-Soaked Satchel that the rares drop.
• Lil' Mon - from Big Mon.
• Zone constant for The Coiled Isle (UiMapID 2512).

Notes

• Coiled Isle collectibles that come from vendors, achievements, quests or wild pet captures are intentionally not tracked, since Spearity only counts random drops.
• Poison Dart Frog is not tracked: its source is a world treasure object rather than a container item, so there is no reliable way to detect it.
• The two new pets carry no spell ID. Detection matches on the creature ID, which is what the pet journal is compared against, so tracking works; /spearity validate will flag those two entries until the summon spell IDs can be filled in.

All creature and item IDs were collected from the live 12.1.0 client and cross-checked against Wowhead.
