• Add CurseForge release automation (project 1706485)
  Pushing a tag now runs BigWigs packager, which zips the addon (per
  pkgmeta.yaml, excluding .git/.github/README) and uploads it to CurseForge
  project 1706485 via X-Curse-Project-ID. Needs the CF_API_KEY repo secret.
