- I wanted a way to block specific things even though they matched allowed text, so now adding ! to the beginning of a line makes it a "super" block/allow. When something matches both block and allow lists, the priority that's used is: Super Allow > Super Block > Allow > Block
- Added a mouseover tooltip help thing mostly for reminders about special block/allow lines.
