I have had issues with various addons randomly (or not so randomly) turning off my sound effects. I cannot easily figure out which one, and I'm sure that I'd still want to keep said addon, even if I did. So this will make sure sound effects are always turned on.
There are no options, there are no settings. You cannot turn it off other than disabling it in the Addons menu. Since this is easily done, I don't feel the need for another minimap button, or any slash commands.
