Soulbind Conduit Manager

- fixed a undefined variable check

- added ability to select a path via macro/command 

To select a path, make a note of its entry number (shown top right of the path tooltip) and then run (from a macro if you want): /scm select N    (where N is the entry number).

Note: It bypasses a lot of the triggers/animations the interactive UI does, so don't use it if you've got the UI up or it'll change but not be reflected (visually swap Souldbind etc).  It also won't apply if there are pending changes, if it would change an actual Conduit (as you need to be at the Forge for that - use the normal panel/click for selecting those), or if you're in an area where you can't make changes (same as the normal game rules etc).
