Sets a static value for empowered hots to track SotF empowerment on specific hots. /sotf to access the settings. SET A VALUE. Keep in mind that it won't work if you have the Lifebloom Glow addon on. Credit to Clicket for the code this addon is built on.

First version. 

Allows you to change the sotf static value with /sotf by inputting a number. Every hot above this number will glow purple to indicate that the value is exceeded. This is useful for tracking SotF 
Furthermore, the original code from Lifebloom glow also makes Lifebloom glow in the pandemic window.
