Sorted Runes

Sort your Death Knights runes and never have to count them again !

• Available runes are always on the left side of the frame
• Runes that are on cooldown are always on the right side and sorted by their cooldown (kindof)
• Text cooldown on each rune
• When you use a rune(s) it's always the right-most one(s)
• When a rune's cooldown ends it is moved to the left side
• No "holes" in the runes, they are always grouped by cooldown

Note : I didn't find any way to find if a rune is currently cooling down or waiting to be cooled down (as you can only cooldown 3 runes at a time), given its Button and Cooldown objects (no call to GetRuneCooldown). As a result, the runes that are waiting to be cooled down are shown with a "9" cooldown, without depleting the timer until they are actually cooling down.
