Description
SonicQueue is a World of Warcraft addon for Midnight that helps you build better Mythic+ groups faster. When you list your keystone in the Premade Group Finder, it automatically evaluates every applicant in real time and overlays a Sonic the Hedgehog icon on each row — thumbs-up for a pass, hand-block for a fail — so you can make invite decisions at a glance without opening each applicant's profile.
What it checks
Every applicant is evaluated against the criteria you configure:
- Bloodlust / Heroism — require that at least one applicant (or current party member) can provide a lust effect.
- Battle Rez — set a minimum number of in-combat resurrection providers. Uses slot-reservation logic: a non-brez applicant still passes if enough open slots remain to fill the shortfall from later invites.
- Keystone completion — require that applicants have completed the listed dungeon specifically at a chosen threshold: no preference, prior level (one below), current level, or strictly higher.
- Spec configuration — mark any spec as Required or Exclude. Required uses the same slot-reservation model — a Ret Paladin doesn't need to be a Guardian Druid, they just need to not make it impossible to recruit one. Exclude filters applicants who bring an unwanted spec (e.g. Devastation Evoker when you want Augmentation only).
Top Pick
Among all passing applicants, SonicQueue dynamically selects a single best candidate and replaces their sonic-yes icon with a distinct sonic-pick icon. The ranking uses a weighted decision matrix: 40% RaiderIO / M+ score, 40% item level, 20% highest key completed in the listed dungeon — normalized across the current applicant pool so the comparison is always relative.
WarcraftLogs integration
Each applicant's name gets a clickable [+N] tag showing their best completed key for the listed dungeon. Clicking it opens a copy-paste popup with their exact WarcraftLogs character URL, pre-filtered to the current season and dungeon, so you can review their parse in a browser with one copy and paste.
Data sources
SonicQueue reads item level and spec directly from the WoW API, and enriches keystone history and RaiderIO scores from the RaiderIO companion addon when installed. All checks gracefully degrade when data is unavailable — no hard failures, no false positives.
Configuration lives in Options → AddOns → SonicQueue and persists across sessions.
