- Changed the optional text order to XP, rested XP (`R`), then completed-quest projection (`Q`).
- Quest prediction now begins immediately after current XP rather than after rested XP.
- The portion of quest XP covered by rested XP is rendered as a subtle translucent green layer, while any quest XP extending beyond rested XP keeps the normal solid green appearance.
- The green endpoint marker now represents the actual end of completed-quest XP.
- Rested XP remains disabled by default in the options panel.
