v1.8.1 - Fix BM Hunter Kill Command

Fixed Kill Command always being recommended even when not usable:

  • Added IsSpellUsable check so Kill Command is only suggested when your pet has recently scored a critical hit
  • Fix applies to PvE, PvP, and AoE rotations
  • Previously Kill Command would show as the next spell even when grayed out on your action bar
