v1.6.9 - Multi-Language Spell Name Fix

Fixed rotation helper not detecting spells on action bars for non-English game clients.

Root Cause: Spell names were hardcoded in English, but action bar detection uses localized names from GetSpellInfo().

Changes:

  • Updated all 9 class Core files to use localized spell names via L["SpellName"]
  • Added missing spell translations to all 6 locale files (enUS, deDE, frFR, esES, zhCN, jaJP)
  • Fixed Warrior spells: Battle Shout, Spell Reflection, Thunder Clap, Whirlwind, etc.
  • Fixed proc/debuff tracking: Shadow Trance, Clearcasting, Shadow Weaving, and more

The rotation helper now correctly detects and highlights spells regardless of game language.

Note: Reload UI (/reload) after updating for changes to take effect.
