Description
Softcore is a Retail World of Warcraft addon for players who want hardcore-style leveling accountability without server-side enforcement.
It keeps a per-character run ledger and helps solo players or small groups track deaths, rule violations, party compatibility, run status, audit history, and achievements.
Key features:

- Built-in run presets: Casual, Chef's Special, Bronzeman, and Bronze Vigil
- Charter-based group proposals, Party Sync, invites, and rule amendments
- Compact main menu with Overview, Charter, Violations, Log, and Achievements tabs

- Rule checks for gear, enchants, heirlooms, economy access, mounts, flying, flight paths, dungeons, and grouped-play compatibility

Softcore is intentionally individual-first. Remote player state is used for display, compatibility, and explicit group decisions. It does not silently reset, fail, overwrite, or invalidate your local character.
Known limitations:
- This is an accountability ledger, not server-side enforcement.
- Raid groups are local-only and do not sync through raid channels.
