Version 1.05 : added option to disable the sell junk functiom

added an option to repair only at exalted merchant

the addon does not set the cvar  "SoftTargetInteractRangeIsHard" to its default value anymore. (  C_CVar.SetCVar("SoftTargetInteractRangeIsHard", 0)   )

if you cannot interact with the fish blob you should turn this to "0"
