Fixed

• The bank check can no longer flag a member whose addon was running the whole time. The bank-deposit detector fired on any difference from the last-seen bank state, with no check that an addon-off period had actually occurred — so an ordinary bag→bank deposit that the in-session tracking narrowly missed (e.g. depositing and closing the bank in the same instant) could be reported as gold/items moved "while addon off." It now only reconciles the bank after a genuine addon-off gap has been detected, exactly like the gold and bag-item checks. A member who never turns the addon off is never flagged. (Off-radar bank deposits made with the addon actually off are still caught on the next bank visit.)
• Sub-gold wealth changes no longer show as a confusing "+0g while addon off." The wealth-integrity reason rounded to whole gold, so a genuine change under 1 gold (a few silver/copper of vendor/quest/loot income picked up while the addon was off) displayed as "+0g" even though the flag was real. It now shows the exact amount down to copper (e.g. "+34s 20c", "-3s"). Display-only — what gets flagged is unchanged.
