Patch 4.0.1 update
- updated gem stat types to reflect the following stat changes:
** spellpower converted into intellect, at 1.0 ratio
** Armor Penetration converted into Critical Strike Rating, at 1.0 ratio
** Attack Power converted into Strength, at 0.5 ratio
** Defense Rating converted into Dodge Rating, at 1.0 ratio
** MP5 converted into spirit, at 2.0 ratio
** Dodge Rating gem color changed to yellow
** Hit Rating gem color changed to blue
** Intellect gem color changed to red

** added new gem stat combinations: Nimble (hit/dodge, green), Lightning (hit/haste, green), Willful (INT/Resil, orange)

- fixed socket summary boxes being rendered underneath the character screen
- moved socket summary boxes to left-hand side, changed orientation to vertical
