    Fix the Lua error when buffs change in combat

    0.4.0 checked your buffs on every aura change to see if you're still Well
    Fed. Buffs are secret to addons in combat, so getting hit threw
    "Auras cannot be accessed when secret while tainted by 'SnackCheck'".

    Aura changes in combat now just mark an update for when combat ends, and
    the buff check is wrapped so a refused read counts as not buffed instead
    of erroring.

    Bump to 0.4.1.
