A World of Warcraft: Forever addon that gives you two buttons, one to eat and one to drink. Each one uses the best food or water in your bags, so you never have to dig through them after a pull. It warns you when you're running low, too.

    Keep buttons in place when bandages toggle, one macro row, README

    The button group is now held and saved by its top-left corner, so turning
    bandages on or off adds or removes a button on the right (or bottom)
    instead of shifting Eat and Drink sideways.

    The Bandage macro button moves into the "Put on a bar" row next to Eat,
    Drink and Both. Each button is sized to its label so all four fit.

    README: shorter bandage section and general rewording.

    Bump to 0.3.0.
