Fixed:

Fixed issue with The Seat of the Triumvirate not displaying. (for the "The"). This dungeon was previously unavailable in any difficulty so I had no way of testing it. Whoops.

Fixed issue with Pit of Saron showing up during Trial for Style. (left a debug line in there for testing that would show up in unknown dungeons/instances.

Cleaned up some of the intro messages and commands.
