Smart Dispell Glow
Highlights dispellable and important debuffs on party and raid frames with customizable glowing borders.

- Added a new custom addon menu.
- Added a WoW AddOn Options entry button that opens the custom menu.
- The custom menu now stays independent from Blizzard’s Options window.

- Combined display and appearance settings into one category.
- Kept commands as their own separate category.
- Added version display in the bottom-left corner.
- Added a scale slider in the bottom-right corner to adjust menu size directly.
- Rewrote the information text for better clarity.
- Reworked test mode:
- Test now runs until manually stopped.
- Test mode now uses the same glow settings as real combat.
- Expanded glow settings:
- Pulse on/off
- Pulse speed
- Frame thickness
- Brightness/alpha
- Glow color picker
- Improved real combat detection so configured glow values are applied correctly in combat.
- Improved group/raid frame updates, including active debuffs and state changes.
- Smart Dispel Glow still only extends Blizzard’s debuff display and does not replace it.
- Automatic class/spec detection remains unchanged.
- Glow only appears for debuffs the current character can actually dispel.
- Added German and English localization:
- German client shows the German menu.
- English client shows the English menu.
- Features and UI remain identical.
