Sleepy Floyd Bag Manager

Find your bags and bank items in one place

Sleepy Floyd Bag Manager, by Take66 Software, helps you find and manage physical inventory items in World of Warcraft Retail. Search your bags and both bank types side by side, move a stack, or fill existing stacks without using new slots.

Features

• Separate Bags and Bank lists, with one row per occupied slot.
• Both regular bank and Warband tabs in the same bank list. Warband locations are labeled; saved snapshots are distinguished from live inventory.
• Item name, quantity, category match, expansion and bag or bank-tab location on each row.
• Name search, an exact-item search button on each row, and back/forward search history.
• Categories for your learned professions, including Cooking and Fishing, plus reagents, consumables, equipment, recipes, quest items, physical currency items and toys.
• Items in bank and bags finds matching stack variants held on both sides.
• Expansion filtering with Only, And earlier and And later.
• A Bag Manager button above the open bank window, plus in-game Settings, Help and copyable local logs.

Move items and top off stacks

Click a bag row's arrow to move that stack into eligible banks. The addon first fills compatible stacks with room, then looks for an empty slot near the same item in a tab already containing it. If an automatic destination cannot fit the remainder, a dialog asks you to choose a bank and tab. Nothing moves until you confirm that required choice; Cancel leaves inventory unchanged.

Bank-to-bag arrows also fill compatible stacks first, then use nearby suitable empty bag slots. Placement follows native container/slot order; other bag addons may display those positions differently.

Top off bag stacks draws from accessible bank stacks. Top off bank stacks draws from bags into existing stacks across both accessible banks. Both use your current filters and each item's stack limit. These utilities never occupy a new destination slot.

Transfers require bank access, no combat and an empty cursor. The addon checks slots before moving and waits for inventory updates between steps. Stop cancels remaining steps; completed moves stay moved. Changed or locked slots, lost access and unconfirmed updates stop the operation. Refundable Warband deposits are skipped; use Blizzard's bank UI to review those.

Getting started

1. Install the addon and enable Sleepy Floyd Bag Manager. The folder is named SleepyFloydBagManager.
2. Open a bank and click Bag Manager, or type /sfbm or /sleepyfloydbags.
3. Choose a category, search and expansion filter.
4. Test a small stack move, then use the top-off utilities as needed.
5. Use /sfbm config for Settings, /sfbm help for the guide or /sfbm log for the local log.

Coverage and limitations

This beta targets Retail 12.1.5 (interface 120105). Classic clients and guild banks are not supported. Automated Lua checks and mocked transfer/UI tests pass; live testing with your client, bank permissions, timing and other inventory addons remains necessary.

Profession matching uses native material families and cached reagents from learned recipes. Open each crafting profession to enrich its reagent index. Native families are approximate, and the profession UI's active filters or missing data can limit coverage. Ore/metal defaults to Mining; Engineering and other crafting professions match it only through indexed learned-recipe reagent data.

Currency and toy categories contain physical items occupying slots. Wallet balances and learned Toy Box entries are not inventory slots. Some currency vouchers and unusual profession items can be missing. Unknown expansion data is excluded from a specific expansion filter until loaded.

Saved bank snapshots are local to the character and computer. They can become stale and cannot be used for transfers. Open each bank to refresh its data.

Support and privacy

Email sleepyfloyd-support@take66.ai with the addon/WoW version, bank type, filters, exact item and full error text. Include a reviewed log if helpful.

Basic local logging is on by default, limited to 200 messages. Disable or clear it in Settings. Inventory, snapshots and logs are never uploaded automatically. The addon does not send chat or email, spend gold, buy, sell, destroy, mail or trade items.
