SleekUnitFramesTBC-v0.22.54.zip
What's new
v0.22.54
This update focuses heavily on profile reliability, situational awareness and TBC-specific resource information, together with a number of smaller visual and stability fixes.
Profiles & Settings Reliability
- Rebuilt profile persistence around live profiles with automatic saving.
- Every character automatically receives its own profile on first login.
- Added support for creating reusable custom named profiles from your current complete setup.
- Characters can now switch between their own profile, other character profiles and custom profiles.
- Every setting, slider, toggle, frame position, size, scale and appearance adjustment now saves directly to the active profile automatically.
- Fixed a critical profile-copy issue where legitimate
falsesettings could fall back to their defaulttruevalue. - This specifically fixes settings such as Resting Indicator and the Health/Power percentage/value checkboxes unexpectedly turning themselves back on after reload or profile loading.
- Older character profiles and legacy saved snapshots are migrated and preserved instead of being silently discarded.
- Improved migration of older inactive character profiles, including legacy frame widths, party spacing, mover coordinates and portrait ornament settings.
Range Awareness
- Added optional out-of-range awareness for Party members and eligible friendly Target/Focus frames.
- Out-of-range frames keep the dark Sleek wrapper fully visible instead of fading the entire frame.
- Health/Power content and portrait are subtly dimmed instead for better readability.
- Added an Out-of-range content opacity slider.
- Unknown or unavailable range checks are never incorrectly treated as out of range.
- Can automatically make use of LibRangeCheck-3.0 when another addon provides it.
Threat / Aggro Awareness
- Added a subtle threat indicator for Player and Party frames against the current hostile Target.
- Uses yellow, orange and red wrapper outlines for increasing threat states.
- Adjusted layering so threat outlines stay behind the portrait and never draw across the avatar frame.
Energy / Mana Tick Indicator
- Added an optional TBC-style Energy / Mana tick spark to the Player power bar.
- The indicator synchronizes itself from observed resource ticks instead of starting at an arbitrary position after login.
- Mana tick prediction respects the five-second regeneration rule after mana-costing spells.
- External resource restores are ignored when synchronizing the natural regeneration tick.
- Refined the indicator to be much more subtle and to blend with the current resource color instead of appearing as a bright white marker.
Druid Mana
- Added an optional compact Druid Mana strip while shifted into a form using Energy or Rage.
- The Mana strip is embedded inside the existing Player Power bar so the unit frame does not grow or move.
- The Mana strip can also display the Mana tick indicator when enabled.
HoT Improvements
- Healing-over-time effects applied by you or your pet can now be emphasized in the same larger priority row used by your DoTs.
- HoTs support the same timer text, radial clock wipe and emphasized aura styling.
- Added separate Emphasize my HoTs and Timers on my HoTs settings.
- Added HoT examples to Preview Mode.
- Party HoTs now also respect the dedicated HoT timer setting.
Visual & UI Fixes
- Fixed Ready Check portrait overlays drawing above the level indicator and other portrait-mounted elements.
- Fixed role badges appearing above Blizzard Settings/dialog windows.
- Role indicators now remain above Sleek frame elements while correctly respecting Blizzard UI layering.
- Fixed immediate Blizzard stock-frame suppression when entering the world; Player, Target, Pet and Party frames are now re-hidden correctly before the existing fallback passes.
Cleanup & Reliability
- Removed the obsolete
UNIT_COMBO_POINTSevent registration on TBC Anniversary. - Removes the “Skipped unsupported event: UNIT_COMBO_POINTS” message from chat during reload.
- Combo Points continue updating through supported TBC Anniversary events.
- Ran another complete settings/profile audit to ensure every exposed checkbox, slider and dropdown belongs to the saved profile schema.
- Improved final profile/layout saving during logout and frame movement.
- Additional migration, syntax and package-integrity checks were performed across the complete addon.
