New: permanent gold balance

• Added an optional, always-visible display of your current character's gold, silver and copper, using the loot recap's colored amounts and rotating coin icons.
• Added a dedicated Gold Balance settings page with a live preview, size controls and precise position settings.
• Move the balance with its draggable handle. Click the handle's X to hide the controls while keeping your money visible and allowing clicks through the display.
• Use Show handle & move balance in the settings to reveal the handle again, or reset its position at any time.
• Balance visibility, size, position and handle visibility are saved with your profile.
• Your balance updates with actual money changes even when gain or spending animations are disabled. Animation tests and estimated gray-item values do not affect it.

Open /sga → Gold Balance and enable Always show my current gold balance to get started.
