This update improves community administration, synchronization reliability, and interface clarity.

### Community Administration

- Added a convenient role dropdown to the Members & Permissions section.
- Community owners can assign Member, Moderator, or Administrator roles.
- Administrators can manage Member and Moderator roles.
- The community owner role remains protected and cannot be assigned through the dropdown.
- Character realm names are now hidden in the member list for a cleaner appearance.
- Full character and realm information is still retained internally for reliable synchronization.

### Content Moderation

- Community owners, administrators, and moderators can now delete individual events.
- Community owners, administrators, and moderators can now delete individual group listings.
- Regular members cannot delete content created by other players.
- Incoming deletion commands are validated against the stored community permissions.

### Synchronization Fixes

- Added persistent deletion markers for events and group listings.
- Deleted content can no longer reappear when an outdated client reconnects or sends an old snapshot.
- Expired events and group listings are also protected against restoration from stale cached data.
- Improved consistency of synchronized moderation actions across community members.

### Interface Improvements

- Increased the width of the role dropdown so all role names are displayed correctly.
- Improved spacing between role selection, ownership transfer, and member removal controls.
- Member names are displayed without the realm suffix while remaining technically unambiguous.

### Performance and Reliability

- Verified that unrelated city channel traffic is rejected before message parsing.
- Background synchronization remains paused during combat, dungeons, raids, PvP, and arenas.
- Data updates continue to be combined to prevent unnecessary interface refreshes.
- Validated all addon Lua files against the Lua 5.1 syntax standard.
- Verified the release archive, media files, version markers, and addon loading order.
